What is your cancellation policy?

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and a new deposit will be required.

    • Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell please contact me to reschedule your appointment immediately.

Am I allowed to bring children/guests to my appointment?

  • Due to the nature of my intimate suit and my policy, children are not allowed in the treatment room. Extra guests are not permitted with the exception of a parent of a minor.

What is your return/refund policy?

  • All service, packages, and product sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or offer refunds on products purchased. We do not offer refunds on services provided.

Which product do you use?

  • I have carefully picked professional products that are proven to be effective and safe for most skin types.
